I am not a naturally cheerful person first thing, but there's not anything (now) that I MUST have before I can function and I'm generally quite energetic first thing.....always so many things to do! I am also able to function on next to no sleep
It used to be a cigarette, but I quit smoking.
I do find that if I haven't had a cup of tea by mid morning, I can get a headache, but I think that's more to do with caffeine withdrawal
Coffee is and has been a drink that will stand the test of time. There are so many variations it’s a drink that will always keep you inspired to try something new.
Mate, having that drive is such a great thing to have. For me the morning is the part of the day when we can start with the most energy and intention. Unfortunately some people do feel they need something to kick-start them. Is it a mindset issue or just how they are? That is a different subject but I know there are things that help people find that energy and get up and go.
